  • We’re looking for local volunteers who are not attending the conference.

    How to sign up:

    1. If you are not attending the conference, please complete the following Volunteer Form here.

    A member from our team will follow up with information on how to sign up for an account through Volgistics, where you’ll be able to select volunteer shifts that work with your schedule.

    Important Dates:

    ● Sign-up Deadline: September 15th

    ● Virtual Training Dates (zoom link to follow): Sept 26th @ 1pm PST - OR - Sept 28th @ 1pm PST.

    ● In-Person Training Dates at Hilton Portland Downtown: Oct 10th @ 2 pm local time - AND - Oct 11th - 15th @ 7 am (based on days you are volunteering)

  • The O highlights the most recent addition to Bridge City: Tilikum Bridge. We wanted to highlight this one not only because it’s the youngest in town but as its the only bridge that gives us a peak into connecting futures and pasts.

    The name of the bridge references the native peoples who stewarded this land before and its the only bridge that was designed to not serve cars making it streetcar pedestrian focused.

  • Conference Sponsors - Companies who donate at the Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Rose level sponsorship opportunities will get all the items listed in the prospectus. These include various levels and amounts of advertising, conference registrations, exhibit space, and expo passes.

    Signature Event Sponsors – These Sponsors will have their company’s logo displayed at the specific event they choose to sponsor, but there is no registration ticket to the conference, nor will vendor expo space be provided.

    Exhibitors - Corporate or Grad School Exhibitors are paying for a table at the Vendor Expo. They will also receive 1 Full conference Registration and 1 Expo Only Pass.

  • Standard Registration prices increase September 15th and officially closes a week before conference.
