NOMA PDX
NOMA PDX envisions a future where the built environment is transformed by the collective strength and unity of diverse voices. We exist to inspire and empower a diverse community of architects, allies and activists. Together, we aim to dismantle barriers, challenge racism, and advocate for design justice.
Our mission is founded on racial justice and equity. We cultivate an inclusive architectural community that amplifies underrepresented voices. Through mentorship, education, professional development and advocacy we strive to increase BIPOC licensure, support growth at all career stages. NOMA PDX is committed to fostering joy, creating positive impact, and championing environmental and social justice.

Community Agreements
These agreements came from a consensus-driven process to identify what every person in the group needs from each other and commits to each other to feel safe, supported, open and trusting. This framework helps guide how people aspire to work and be together as they take transformational action within NOMA PDX.
